According to customer requirements, we are able to cut the following materials:
- Compact sealing rubbers up to 15 mm thick
- Rubber floorings of our company production up to 15 mm thick
- Expanded (microporous) rubbers up to 20 mm thick
- Cork pads
- PVC foil
- Conveyor belts
- Felt, sealing paper, Teflon, leather, Kevlar fabrics, graphite, thermal insulation materials and others.
Mechanically using an IMESA disc cutter:
- Very precise cutting of strips of compact and porous materials up to 20 mm thick, width within a tolerance of +/- 1 mm, length according to the thickness of the material (50 bm)
Using a large-format FlashCut plotter:
- Maximum cutting table size 6100x2600 mm.
Manual cutting - for small orders, we use manual cutting.
If you require cutting of your own material, a test cut is required.
