Connection of smooth and profile conveyor belts by vulcanization

Unlike cold joints, this technology provides a high degree of hardness. The system and technological procedure for hot-connecting smooth and section conveyor belts has been tested by many years of tradition. The quality of joints is guaranteed by the quality system in force and the company’s verified validated technological procedures. The company provides a 24-month guarantee for joints.

Cutting with an oscillating-knife cutting table

Our company has invested in a cutting table. The table is 6000x2600mm in size and fitted with a pneumatic oscillating knife enabling it to cut materials up to 15mm thick. It is possible to cut gaskets from rubber, silicone, graphite, plastic, paper, rubber-cork, leather, foam, felt or other porous materials. We cut not only gaskets, but also various other types of products required by the customer.
