Technical rubber sheet

Technical rubber serves as the abrasion element or sidewall of conveyor belts. It is manufactured in thicknesses of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 15mm and 20mm, and widths of 800mm and 1400mm.

It is supplied in the form of belts or boards. We cut particular widths and lengths on request.

Packaging: depending on the dimensions required.

Guarantee: 24 months.

Dimensions:

Technical rubber 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm thick can be produced in lengths of up to 100 m; the thickness of 15-20 mm up to 50 m in length. If requested we can produce shorter lengths or cut lengths into the required strips.

Technical rubber is generally in stock and can be supplied immediately depending on the quantities purchased.

We can manufacture rubber mats with different physical-mechanical characteristics at the customer’s request.

Packaging: Technical rubber is wound in rolls on plastic wheels with a 300mm diameter and with square holes 120 x 120mm. The wound-up rolls are then belted up.

Rubber sheets

These are used as sealing and impact elements, vibration dampers and for heavily loaded floors.
