Smooth conveyor belts

We are the sole distributor of Continental-Contitech smooth conveyor belts in the Czech Republic.

We offer smooth conveyor belts. The conveyor belts comply with standard ISO 1926 and DIN 22 0378 102. The quality is guaranteed by the ISO 9001 certificate. Each roll of the belt is awarded attestation of quality. The belts are covered by a standard warranty of 24 months.

Conveyor belts are available in many designs according to customer requirements. We are often successful in selection procedures thanks to the quality and the price of our products. Prices are individual, depending on usage, quantity and we also look at customer´s possibilities. Usually we provide advice, service and other services. We perform merging of conveyor belts by vulcanization. On demand we respond quickly, many conveyor belts are in stock, if not, we will provide the shortest delivery time.

SPECIAL CONVEYOR BELTS
ROUGH TOP	Application: The belt can be used to carry bales of paper and plastic. The angle of inclination can be increased by 25-40°. The covering has quality of N or Y.
SLIP	Application: Suitable for installations where the rollers at the top are replaced by sliding plates of metal, plastic or wood.
FLEXIMAT	Application: A special belt with steel instead of Bekaert textile fabric inserts. Depending on the application the belt can be made with general, heat resistant, or oil resistant covers.
ARAMID BELT	Application: The ARAMID belt is for special applications that require a combination of low elongation, low weight and high strength. Its strength is guaranteed with ARAMID cord. The quality can be either general (WYX) or fire resistant.
PIPE BELT	Application: Its important advantage is the protection of the transported material considering the environment and also protecting the environment from pollution from the transported material. Quality can vary for general use, oil resistant, fire and heat resistant use.
CROSS RIGID BELT	Application: The belt can be used as the basis of the conveyor belt with sidewalls.
