Profile conveyor belts MAXOFLEX MAXOFLEX® corrugated sidewall belts for transpon of bulk goods offer high-quality longterm high»incIine conveying solutions. Depending on the application there are three corrugated sidewall types and four cleat types available to meet the customers requirements. The belts can, for example, also be configured with three corrugated sidewalls, making for a "double" conveyor system on just one belt. In this case, two different bulk materials can be simultaneously transported on just one belt.

MAXOFLEX® belts can be supplied in the M (light), MW (medium), MWS (heavy) and MWSF (extra heavy duty) corrugated sidewalls. All products with "W" included in its designation are fabric reinforced which provides for greater stability. MAXOFLEX® corrugated sidewalls and cleats are produced in standard or oil-resistant quality, and are stocked in various sizes. Other types are available on request. Type T, C, TC and TCW cleats can be combined individually with the respective sidewalls. Note: Minimum pulley diameter ot either sidewall, cleat or base belt is to be considered.
